Client Background
The client wishes to build a 30 metric tons per day (30TPD) soybean oil extraction plant, which is a typical medium-scale project featuring mature technology and a well-established equipment supply chain. The client’s goal is to achieve a unique flavor profile and establish a distinct market position. Therefore, our engineers have designed a “full-press” process for the client. The resulting oil has a richer flavor, aligning with certain consumers' preference for "traditional" and "physically pressed" oils.
The core production process is primarily divided into three stages, which are detailed below.

A complete 30TPD soybean oil plant typically consists of the following three main workshops:
Pretreatment Plant
Core Task: Remove impurities (such as stones and metal) from the soybeans, and perform processes such as crushing, softening, and flaking. Flaking presses the soybeans into thin flakes measuring 0.3–0.5 millimeters to break down the cellular structure, preparing them for subsequent oil extraction.
Key Equipment: Cleaning screens, magnetic separators, crushers, softening machines, flaking machines, etc.
Oil Extraction Plant

The customer employs the pressing method, which extracts oil through physical compression, thereby preserving the natural flavor of the soybeans. A production capacity of 30 TPD falls well within the scope of this process.
Refining Plant (Oil Refinery Plant)
Core Mission: To refine the extracted crude oil to meet national Class I edible oil hygiene standards. The main processes include degumming, neutralization (alkali refining), decoloring, and deodorization. Among these, the use of vacuum deodorization technology effectively preserves oil quality and prevents high-temperature oxidation.
