1. Peanut Pretreatment & Conditioning Section:
We supplied robust equipment for cleaning, dehulling, crushing, and flaking to prepare the peanuts for optimal oil release. Our cooking kettle ensures perfect temperature and moisture conditioning.
2. Oil Pressing Section:
The heart of the initial extraction is our heavy-duty screw oil press (also known as an oil expeller). This unit performs pre-pressing to extract a high percentage of oil, producing crude peanut oil and peanut cake.
3. Solvent Extraction Section:
To achieve maximum yield, we installed our advanced solvent extraction plant. This system efficiently recovers residual oil from the peanut cake, ensuring a overall extraction rate of over 99%. It is designed for safety, efficiency, and low solvent consumption.
4. Oil Refining Section:
We equipped the plant with a complete continuous oil refining line to purify the crude peanut oil. This system includes:
Degumming & Neutralization systems to remove impurities and free fatty acids.
Bleaching section to adsorb pigments and improve oil color.
Deodorization tower to vaporize off-flavors and odors, producing neutral, stable, and market-ready refined peanut oil.
5. Automation & Control:
The entire line is integrated with a modern PLC control system, allowing for centralized monitoring and control, which minimizes labor and ensures consistent operation.
